Jen is a Certified Trauma Informed Ashtanga Vinyasa Flow yoga instructor and 20+ year resident of the Virgin Islands. Through a set series of postures, muscle activation and breathing techniques you will be guided through the sacred flow of Ashtanga, helping to release emotional trauma stored in the body, promoting long lean muscle mass and upon completion of practice you will be left with a feeling of well-being and reconnected to your True Self.

Jen completed her training and certification of Trauma Informed Yoga through Nourishing Heart Yoga allowing her to better understand the affects of trauma on the body, different types of trauma, and how to regulate the nervous system through breath work and postures that help the student begin to feel safe again in the body. Benefits of trauma informed yoga include-reduced symptoms of PTSD, decreased anxiety, reduced depression, decreased disassociation, better sleep quality, learn body awareness and improved emotional resiliency.
