In this practice, you are guided through a series of passive floor postures to gently release stress and tension. Postures are held between 3 and 10 minutes, allowing ample time for the mind and muscles to move into a relaxed state. Expect 60 minutes of yin yoga followed by a 15 minute guided meditation and pranayama (breathing) practice.
